The Greater Washington Haiti Relief Committee wishes to thank all of the dedicated volunteers and good Samaritans in the Metropolitan Washington area for their generous support and expressions of kindness in the aftermath of the January 12 earthquake.  We also wish to thank the many representatives of the Church of Scientology who were among the first to offer their assistance.  We are humbled by the outpouring of contributions received from everyone and we look forward to the continued support of the community at large as we plan additional fundraising and relief efforts.
